Born In Kuwait in 1958 and graduated from Kuwait university college of Low January 1984 .I worked in ministry of interior at General Authority of investigation division in the same year of graduation from Kuwait university and I proceeds in my General caret from senior Low Investigator, Invocator head and General demand and in court of cassation.

In the beginning of 1998 registered and still as a Kuwaiti Lawyer in all kinds different courts degree including constitutional court and court of cassation.

Life beautiful with its success and bitter with the failure and with its big and small events.

  Days pass in with them the last day register is folded either adversely or positively...

A small and conscious man is the one who benefits from his experiences which hone his personality and develop positive aspect of psychology brain wisdom inquest and he control his action either through his statements or actions or movements and gestures which reflect his personality and embody him cloth of wisdom, knowledge respect and adherence trust honesty sturdiness and termination hardness brightness good thinking and management and performance and administration.

And he benefit from his negative experiences which work as admonishment not to stumble down and beginning of new Iraq and he is bearer of difficulty grief sorrow and heavy life.

After this preamble we have to face the life with many of its positive and negative experiments and in different time and various educational fields inter-alia practical professional business legal civic social political and humanitarian etc. etc. which give in return to humble person a great advantage and source of moral support in our expertise and honing our personality.

University education has taught us the compliance with line order and respect of knowledge and seriousness in attaining the knowledge of self dependence and searching in our mother books and preparation of researches and drafting and method of scientific research and it has taught as the test and sweetness of success and bitterness of failure and importance of time and selection of friends and knowledge of methodology and to withstand with them and it has taught us participation in political life and trade union and management of campaigns and knowledge of their tension and appraisal with their conspiracy.

The public position has given us - during the last 14 years we have passed as a legal investigator until the post of Public Prosecutor – keenness to observe and follow the law in addition to our experience in importance of legislation to incorporate the individuals and group’s behavior and affairs in the Society of the different field of life and authority given for promulgation of such law and their amendment – consistence with the modern age and habits, tradition and needs of society and the authority given, which fall on them to execute this law and then the state affairs and to maintain law and order and to understand the state constitution and perusal of Articles and knowledge of their content and how to incorporate these powers (legislative, executive and jurisdictional) and to utilize and cooperate with each other and determine the power of every authority and department belonging to them and scope of their work.

  The public job has given us trust respect and feeling of responsibility justice honesty to adjudge the things presented to us and innate understanding and deep scientific research and searching for evidence and maintain it and drafting of memos and investigation in cases and accuracy and disposal with their formalities such as opening of initial verbal process of the case and whatever required of listing of initial action such as recording of FIR and making sure of the informer his identity his capacity his legal position related to the incident and movement and listing of inspection verbal process and contacting with different Govt. apparatus and all of ministries and public authorities and private inter-alia bank, and knowledge of their jurisdiction and scope of their management work and powers among them for example Ministry of Interior and the Departments falling under it like (Investigation Dept., Naturalization and travel document CID Dept. Executive Dept., Traffic Patrol and Rescue Border Security Border Exit Entry etc. etc. and Department of Criminal Evidence) that is known that every department is one different section for example Dept. of Criminal Evidence has its own sections (Blood – Urine viscera  check-up Section – Fingerprint and Criminal Record checking of contrabands forgery and handwriting medical checkup and forensic report criminal photography and recording of crime venue) and in such a way our knowledge with the remaining ministries, public and private authorities and scope of their work and specialization of their Dept. and Section.

As well as the position has also taught us administrative and legal decision making which covers the relationship between the Officer and Department (Administrative Law).

In our capacity as a Partner in many different company of types and advocate for the individual and corporation in addition to our experience of knowledge and appraisal with different kind of companies (Individual Establishment, Simple Company, Joint Company and W.L.L. Co. and Stock Co. etc ) and how to establish them and knowledge about the Company’s capital and its objective activity subscribed shares and their management entry of new partner and his exit study of budget and knowledge of the figures of assets and liabilities and partners current account and other receivable and operational expenses and their item profit and deduction like (legal reserve, optional reserve, management remuneration) and depreciation provision increment and deduction of company capital, ordinary and extra ordinary general assembly and their agenda and invitation and getting issuance of  license from the Official Authorities and import license and CR and Registration of Commercial Agencies and patterns and attestation by Chamber of Commerce and Industry and authentication of document with Notary Public and Dept. of Diplomatic attestation  and approval of signature for managers with Official and Private authorities and opening of Documentary credit with bank and the document required for financing of project with bank and preparation of feasibility reports and their impact and financing of the project.

In our capacity we own common shares in our inherited landed property and other purchased property which has given us additional experience in owning the property and purchase and disposal thereof through sale and knowledge of the official and formal procedures from the start of offer with the sale agent in the Real Estate Market (Broker) and payment of earnest money and signing of the Broker Register (Preliminary Sale Contract) and agreement for registration with the competent authority in Ministry of Justice – Dept. of Real Estate Registration and calculation of land property fees – stamps duty and their payment and knowledge of different kinds of Real Estate whether they are open lands or build up area and their category to which they belong to (private, investment, commercial and commercial – investment housing and investment with commercial front ) and or other Real Estates (Industrial plots agricultural land store plots professional trade plots etc.) and knowledge of the authorities providing this real estate and the methodology of trade and knowledge of all their formalities and condition and their document and whatever followed such as delivery of plans for the building and contracting contract clearance certificate from the Official Authorities and also private agency power - irrevocable for sale and purchase of Real Estate with the Notary Public and subscribed with writ of execution for avoiding the payment of fees and easy disposal thereof through sale and purchase and also the license to be provided in case of intention for construction of Real Estate from the competent authorities specially Kuwait Municipality.

The profession has taught us the value of time and effort (time is like sword if you do not cut it, it will cut you) and arrangement of important ideas and then the lower one and fixation of objective and chalking out their paths and direction to them directly.

  And the study of file are subject presented to us and the cases and their circumstances and deliberation and concentration on the documents and the source of their creation and their circumstances in the value of evidence contained therein and customization of the file and good listening and patients on the hollow talks and necessities of courtesy and decision assessment of material and moral condition through which the principal is passing and ability to discuss and demand for the document and negotiation and power of convincing and putting impression on the counterpart to bring them to the point where it serves our objective.

I have lived as an orphan of my father as he  died and I was in the ninth year and I was nourished and brought up  by my mother – who died when I was 35 and I had born responsibility of my mother and my sisters and my younger brother my wife and my children while I was undersecretary and still I managing their money and consult them in their disposal and action therefore my scientific and practical knowledge has deepened in understanding the law of personal status and law of inheritance and provisions of general and special power of attorney and provision of trusty-ship and guardianship and law of liberation of inheritance and counting and collection in-heridataments with all official and private authorities as Almighty God has given us with His Grace and bestowed on us inheritance from our father which is sufficient to meet our need and made us capable to extend our hand to help the poor and we thank Almighty God for the life that has taught us to love our parents and pray for them and be kind to our mother father and our children and to teach them good manner and we pray to God to show them the right path and made them successful and save them from the evil.

  After this life that has made me a man that respect the human being regardless office caste creed religion thought and his financial and moral position – made me humble and forbearer and gentle with the weak and the needy people.

And made me strong will for achieving the goal and patient on the difficulties and play against the envious people better less to talk.

The life has taught me that the conscious man is greater than any problem facing him and any accident confronting him.

He will be sublime with his outlook to the matters that im-bitter the sweetness of life that is a mean things that happen and a man cannot avoid it that was yesterday but I live today and plan for tomorrow.
