First: Field of Foreign relationship consultancy, contracts

1-     Provision of verbal and legal consultancy in different branches of law.

2-     Preparation drafting and revision of contracts and agreements in Arabic and   English languages.

3-     Establishing companies and provision of legal coverage until the completion of company establishment and starting of its work and preparation of company by laws (Articles of Association)

4-     Prepare research and studies on the sound legal ground for the companies activity of Islamic aspect in its dealings.

5-     Provision of legal opinion in the marine system for the service of ship owner and lessees and goods owners insurers merchants and insurance authorities or any other administrative authority.

6-     Supply the principals with legal opinion in respect of foreign investment in State of Kuwait.

7-     Provision of opinion in respect of obtaining and registration and protection of copyrights (patent invention trademark industrial fees and trade name and the right of writing and publication).

8-     To take actions for registration of agencies and trademarks.

Second: Field of processing of cases before the local courts and legal authorities

Under this field the following legal services are listed:

1-     Representation of principals before all degrees and types of prosecution in the case filed by or against them.

2-     Representation of principals as arbitrator or lawyer about the legal arbitration in the civil and commercial matters.

3-     Collection of all dues debt through administrative and technical crew specializing and long experienced in collection of debts for many of banks and finance and renting companies.

4-     Filing of cases related to the rights of landlords and commercial shop owner and plots and rights of lessees as per the dictation of the principals interest.

5-     Execution of all legal judgement passed in favour of principal as per the execution formalities done on the hands of specialists in the procedures of execution they have already done in different mega financial institutions in the field of judgement execution.

6-     To submit all of complaints and information in cases of misdemeanor and submission of legal defences in them as to sell the principal interest.

7-     To file the administrative cases related to the public employees rights such as promotion deputation and related to financial matter such as dues with the Public Institution for Social Security.
